Patios and flagging
Patios and flagging are the core of our work. We lay new patios, extend existing paved areas, re-lay tired flags and build bases for sheds, greenhouses and summerhouses.
Patio installation
Dig out, compacted base, flags bedded and laid to a slight fall away from the house, then pointed. Steps, edging and raised sleeper beds can be built in at the same time.
Materials: porcelain, Indian stone and concrete flags
Porcelain is dense, consistent and easy to keep clean. Indian stone gives a natural, varied finish. Concrete flags are hard-wearing and cost-effective for bases and back yards. We'll lay out samples and explain the differences at the look-over.
Bases, repairs and extensions
Flagged bases for greenhouses, sheds and summerhouses, repairs to sunken or rocking flags, and extensions to existing patios.
Areas
We lay patios across Preston, Chorley, Penwortham, Bamber Bridge and our Leyland base.

Questions we get asked
Can you take up my old flags first?
Yes. We lift and remove old flags and level the area before laying the new patio.
Can a patio be combined with turf or artificial grass?
Yes. Patio-and-lawn jobs are some of our most common.
